The vocational training is currently in the heart of the problems of promotion of employment and the insertion of the populations in the active, problematic life set up by the capacities in national priority. It also occupies a place of choice in the governmental policy aiming at the development of human resources of the companies to improve their performances and their competitiveness.

From this double vocation, the vocational training has to anticipate the changes of the use and to innovate approaches modes of formation, to accompany the process of levelling by the economy of the country.
The professional education sector developed, since 1987, a strong synergy with the companies and the trade associations which are strongly implied in the planning and of the management of the formation.
The efforts made, since the reform of 1984, allowed a remarkable development of the apparatus of vocational training and the Ministry also envisaged an institutional framework to consolidate the vocation of the apparatus of vocational training as a lever of qualification of the applicants for work and to create a strong synergy between this apparatus and the ANAPEC within the framework of the formation insertion.
The major objective of the whole of these reorganizations and reforms is primarily the improvement of the output of the apparatus of formation, by producing, with the same capacity, much more qualified and graduate prizes winner.

The system of formation in Morocco is articulated around two principal axes:

Initial formation: who represents a true fish pond for the companies in terms of young graduates?

The formation continues: a large arsenal with the service of the company and employees available and are managed today by the OFPPT.

 So generally, the Moroccan company finds, among the fish pond and the broad range of the traditional trades suggested by the various professional centers, the essence of profiles required in the traditionally taught fields and for the key sectors such:

* Industry
* Agriculture
* Tourism
* The textile...

Several projects for the creation of new centers of vocational trainings intended for the carrying and priority sectors are in hand, such:
 * The NTIC (call-centers)
* Agricultural processing industry
* Automobile spare parts
* Electronics.

Actions of the State as regards promotion of the continuous training
Conscious of the dominating role that can play the formation continues in the levelling of the companies and its importance in the attractivity with the investment in a country or an area, the Moroccan State has started for a few years a reflexion on the levelling of the continuous training by the installation of U large numbers improvement structural thanks to new texts and new provisions. We will present the broad outline here.
Installation of a legal device governing the formation continues for:
* To define the obligations and the rights to the continuous training.
* To define the rules guaranteeing the equal access of all in the continuous training

Regulation of the access of the offerers to the activity of formation continues for:


* To set up a certification giving access to the exercise of an activity of formation continues for any offerer eager to become providing in this field.
 * To set up a procedure of qualifications of the continuous training
* To set up in the medium and long term a step of certification of the product or training activities under tended by a setting under quality assurance of the people receiving benefits and the operators of continuous training
 * To set up a recognition of the continuous training
* To set up a valorisation of the formation continues in the field of the career.

Institutionalization and organization of the function of the formation continue for:

* To set up a national structure of coordination of the continuous training
 * To create entities of assistance-council in continuous training
* To set up a national structure of information and animation.


Definition of a strategy of financing and encouragement of the formation continues in order to:
* To integrate the costs in the management of the services of the continuous training * to soften the procedures of financial management of the continuous training
* To ensure the financing of the activities of continuous training
* To encourage the offerers of formation continues by a suitable inciting device
