 An offshoring zone to attract investments in services

Le Matin - The government plans to create several offshoring and outsourcing areas. They are intended to attract Moroccan and foreign companies wishing to invest through simplification of procedures for business creation, tax cuts and an exemption from customs duties. From four to six special zones are to be created during the next few years.
