The Regional Investment Center's main missions consist of simplification of procedures, proximity and uniqueness of the interlocutor as well as the development and promotion of investments in the Grand Casablanca region. The main prerogatives of the Regional Investment Center are:

Assistance for company creations

The Regional Investment Center commits itself -on a period lasting between 2 and 5 days from the filing of the complete dossier, to complete the formalities for setting up businesses. The objective is to execute, on due time, the on-line completion of formalities.

The clearing house dedicated to company creations gathers and centralizes all concerned administrations:

A single application form is made available to the investor within the CRI. It consists of a request for patent registration, registration statement within the Trade Register, Tax Identification, and request for affiliation within the National Social Security Fund (Employer Identification Number).

Assistance to investment projects

The Regional Investment Center welcomes new investors, providing them with all relevant information necessary for investment in the region and deals with their permits and licenses’ applications and all administrative tasks necessary to carry out their projects. The Center is also tasked with studying the draft agreements to be concluded with the State.

Maintenance and expansion of existing investments

The Center provides permanent assistance to investors in order to help them develop their businesses or in case of difficulties, update them about the new national updates and the different funding options available.

Improving the attractiveness of the Region of Grand Casablanca vis-à-vis investments in sectors with high potentials of growth

Part of its prerogatives, and in consultation with universities and different actors and business operators, the Regional Investment Center is involved in developing a “strategic vision” for economic and social development of the Region of Grand Casablanca.

It is also expected to propose concrete actions to improve the attractiveness of the Region.
